Job Description
Job Purpose:
Join our dynamic Learning & Development team and gain hands-on experience managing training operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This internship offers exposure to both HR processes and digital systems, making it ideal for students with a background in Learning and Development, Human Resources or Technology. You'll help ensure training compliance, safety, and operational excellence through our Learning Management System (LMS).
Primary Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for LMS (myLearning) queries via the site mailbox and support users through our LMS clinic.
* Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.
* Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries and tasks.
* Upload and manage various training formats (e-learning, instructor-led, etc.) in LMS and Midas.
* Oversee Instructor Qualification tracking in LMS and MEDS.
* Ensure training documentation meets site standards and help others do the same.
* Generate and analyze training reports to support site learning goals.
* Review training metadata to ensure alignment with documentation and learning decisions.
* Assist in developing training materials such as job aids and visual guides.
* Contribute to process improvements in site training operations.
* Uphold global and regulatory standards, including cGMP, in all activities.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across Biotech Dublin.
Qualification and Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in:
* Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Business Administration with an interest in L&D
* Data Analytics, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or related technology fields
General Competencies:

* Eagerness to grow professionally and continuously improve.
* Strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with cGMP and GDP is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
* Experience or interest in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
