We're seeking a Senior Electronic Security Systems Engineer to lead commercial installations and grow into project management across multiple sites.

You'll lead installation teams on commercial security projects, with a clear pathway to managing multiple sites and projects as you progress.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading and supervising installation teams on-site Installing and commissioning Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems in commercial environments Ensuring projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders Conducting testing, fault-finding, and system handovers Progressing to project management responsibilities across multiple sites What We're Looking For: Strong commercial sector experience with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems (fire systems experience beneficial but not essential) Proven installation and commissioning expertise Team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to sites as required What We Offer: Competitive salary Clear progression pathway to project management with ongoing training Company vehicle Professional development opportunities Pension Executive permanent health insurance and death-in-benefit scheme
