Key responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling existing contracts, developing proposed renewal options, interacting closely with senior management to construct and deliver customer commercial documents, and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into the ION sales process.
The successful person will be able to learn from previous transactions experience and apply that knowledge going forward to improve processes. They will also become an ambassador for our approach, with opportunities to coach new hires and staff in our portfolio companies.
Required skills include being attentive to detail, working under pressure and meeting deadlines. The role requires intellectually curious individuals who are goal orientated team players capable of multi-tasking in rapidly changing environments.
