Job Responsibilities
* Review project specifications and scope, agreeing deliverables with stakeholders
* Manage project design budgets and programmes using last planner and other planning tools
* Ensure all designs comply with regulations and standards
* Report output and productivity against agreed targets
* Mentor assigned resources to support their professional development
* Generate and manage technical aspects of subcontractor packages
* Oversee product selection, detailing, and material interface
* Raise and respond to design stage RFIs and COs
* Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan design criteria
* Identify long-lead materials to assist procurement
* Attend site meetings as required
* Assist with tender proposal preparation
* Protect the company's contractual position at design stage, including correspondence with the Design Team and subcontractors
* Promote and protect Ardmac's image and interests
Required Skills and Qualifications
* BSc. in Architectural Technology
* Proficiency in BIM – Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and Design Standards, including BCA
* Experience in technical detailing and material specification
* Understanding of drawing symbols and standards
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to deliver technical innovation and value creation
