Operations Support Associate (3-Month Contract)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Support Associate to join our team in Gort on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced operations environment.
You will support a variety of activities across Operations, Warehouse, and Facilities, while receiving full training in company procedures, safety standards, and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support across Operations and general administration
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates
Assist with warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, goods-in, dispatch, and stock checks
Support Facilities activities such as maintenance requests, housekeeping, and contractor coordination
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and site visitors
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
About You
Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) required
Previous experience in a warehouse, admin, facilities, customer service, or team environment is an advantage (not essential)
Strong willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); training will be provided
Comfortable supporting hands‑on operational and warehouse activities
Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, including:
Internal systems (e.g. document control, ERP, purchasing systems)
Safety and quality procedures
Equipment handling where applicable (e.g. pallet trucks, manual handling)
