What You Can Expect
Coordinate programs, reports, training, audits, and systems to ensure compliance with environmental and safety laws and regulations.
How You'll Create Impact
* Assist with ISO14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems, ensuring standards are maintained per regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to implement best practices.
* Train and coach teams on risk assessments.
* Conduct risk assessments for new processes.
* Review and improve Contractor Management Systems, permit to work, lockout/tagout processes, and new product EHS requirements.
* Perform process safety reviews, site inspections, and audits.
* Lead initiatives to promote safety culture, e.g., Behavioural Based Safety.
* Complete monthly EHS reports and monitor waste activities.
What Makes You Stand Out
* 8-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably medical devices.
* B.S. degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
* Ability to positively influence safety culture at all levels.
* Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
* Experience in additive manufacturing is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Self-disciplined, organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Your Background
* Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
