You can join our high performing Construction Management Team within Arcadis, as we support our client to plan and build the largest semiconductor manufacturing facility built in Europe to date. We manage and operate ground-breaking construction scheduling and planning systems to successfully deliver on our client's ambitious target, of constructing for increased manufacturing capacity faster than ever before.We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler with ideally 2 to 5 years' experience in the P6 Primavera scheduling, with experience in the construction and/or semiconductor industry a significant bonus. You will join our high performing Arcadis Scheduling Team, supporting our Arcadis and client project managers as they plan and manage the Tool Install construction planning, coordinating with our Trade Partners, 3 rd Party Commissioning, Factory Tool Owners and Tool Vendors to deliver efficient and effective Last Planner schedule pull plans enabling our high velocity install. You will work closely with your fellow Schedule Team members who combined share 100+ years of engineering experience and leverage automated Primavera techniques, as well as advanced Power BI and Python Coding to simultaneously manage 400+ project plans at any one time.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:Review, assess and manage change control on Client schedule received weekly.Look ahead planning for Project Implementation Teams (PITs) ensuring detailed construction schedules are planned and developed as per the program need.Organise, prepare, and facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with the project team and key stakeholders as required.Manage new projects being added to primavera weekly, utilising import automation.Follow the principles of Lean and Last Planner System, provide PITs with Lookahead Planning Dashboards for targeted make-ready planning on a weekly basis.Weekly baseline change control and publishing schedule to Client Daily Milestone Tracker.Work with Construction Coordinators and Project Managers to record field progress on a weekly basis.Use P6 import automation to process the weekly updates in a highly optimised way.Provide analysis on schedule information, for example, PAS (Performance Against Schedule) Indicators, float trends, and lookahead reports.Weekly reporting of schedule progress into program advanced analytics process.Provide what-if support to Projects as needed.Proactively troubleshoot schedule issues and gaps and work issues with stakeholders to appropriate resolution.Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree in construction management or an engineering discipline is preferred along with minimum of 2 - 5 years' project experience in a related field.P6 Primavera training along with minimum 2 years' experience.Candidate must have proficiency in a window-based environment and software.(Word, PowerPoint, and preferably advanced Excel.The client site is English speaking, and as such prospective candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English.Essential Skills:Desirable - experience in project management and the development of project schedules, and a proven track record of managing and integrating schedule data.Experience in Semiconductor Tool Install project schedules.An understanding of both the facilities' construction and equipment install process.An overall understanding of the design, engineering procurement, and construction management phases associated with delivering large projects.Power BI Reporting experience a distinct advantage.Other:Role Location: (Hybrid)This is a hybrid role and requires attendance at the client site in Leixlip Kildare, and at the Arcadis Offices in Citywest, Dublin.
