About Your New Job
Office Administration
: As the Property Management Assistant, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating with tenants and property owners as well as providing support to the property management team from the office as well as spending time on the road.
Customer Service
: Provide exceptional customer service to both your own team as well as key customersby addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Property Management Support
: Assist with property inspections, viewings,lease agreements, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations.
What Skills You Need
Office Administration Experience
: Proven experience in office administration, preferably within the property management sector.
Organizational Skills
: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
