Surgical orthopaedics ward lead - a dynamic leadership role

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Orthopaedics Ward. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with expertise in hospital management and clinical practice.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of recent post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, including two years at CNM1 level. They must be registered with the NMBI and hold full work permits, as well as possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will also have up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, be willing to undertake management qualifications if necessary, and demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* At least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

* A minimum of two years' experience at CNM1 level.
