Office & Facilities Manager
to oversee the smooth running of its Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, international organisation that works with clients across a range of sectors, including technology, energy, life sciences, and finance.
About the role
The Office & Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the office, delivering a high standard of service to employees, clients, and visitors. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing office operations, maintenance, and supplies.
* Acting as the main point of contact for staff, visitors, and external vendors.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and deliveries.
* Coordinating meeting rooms, AV equipment, and event logistics.
* Supporting internal teams such as IT and HR with projects, onboarding, and office requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards; acting as the office First Aider.
* Monitoring the performance of external service providers and supporting process improvements.
* Providing administrative support, including travel arrangements, inventory management, and records maintenance.
* Fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and building management.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in office or facilities management, preferably within a professional services environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and reliability.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to support a busy and fast-paced environment.
* Manual handling certification (desirable but not essential).
