Vickerstock in partnership with a well established food manufacturing company is currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator / Planner The Supply Chain Coordinator & Demand Planner is responsible for ensuring the factory has the right materials at the right time, and that customer orders are delivered OTIF (On Time In Full).
This role owns end-to-end supply planning, procurement coordination, service performance reporting, and 3PL managementbalancing high service levels with effective working capital and inventory control.

Responsibilities Production Planning & Demand Planning Procurement & Materials Availability Customer Service Performance & OTIF Rework & Inventory Alignment KPI Ownership 3PL & External Logistics Management Cross-Functional Responsibilities (Key Interfaces) The SC Demand Planner will work closely with: Production Manager (schedule execution, plan changes, rework runs) QA Manager (spec compliance, release constraints, quarantine impacts) NPD / Process Lead (new SKU readiness, BOM/material setup support) Essential Experience We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience in a supply chain planning / coordination role within food manufacturing.
You must be able to demonstrate: Strong capability in production planning and demand planning Experience managing procurement of ingredients and packaging Track record of delivering OTIF/service performance Confidence managing external partners (suppliers and/or 3PL) Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and master data discipline (SAP Business One advantageous) Skills & Capability Highly organised, structured, and proactive communicator Strong Excel and planning discipline (forecasting, ATP, KPI reporting) Comfortable working under pressure with frequent priority changes Strong follow-through and ability to close actions cross-functionally Experience with batch-controlled, traceable manufacturing environment Preferred Skills SAP Business One (MRP / purchasing / inventory) Familiarity with audited systems (BRCGS or equivalent) IF you feel this is a fit for you kindly contact Skills: Supply Chain Management Inventory Control Logistics
