Marketing Co Ordinator:
Full Time Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Junior Marketing Co Ordinator to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team at Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort.
This exciting entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting premium guests, golf enthusiasts, corporate clients, and leisure travellers.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will play an integral role in enhancing brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth across all areas of the resort, including luxury accommodation, dining, golf, spa, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for resort rooms, spa, F&B outlets, golf tournaments, memberships, and special events.
* Support the creation and management of content for digital platforms including the resort's website, social media, email newsletters, and blog.
* Help maintain and grow the resort's online presence and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Help with photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with our brand image
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Golf Operations, Spa, F&B) to gather content and promote offerings.
* Liaise with media, influencers, and PR contacts to support brand awareness and coverage.
* Track marketing KPIs and compile performance reports (e.g., web traffic, social engagement, ROI on campaigns).
* Ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
* Assist with guest communications, signage, and on-site branding during tournaments, events, and campaigns.
* Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing databases, including customer, guest, and media contact lists, to enable targeted outreach and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related area.
* Recent graduate with marketing experience gained through academic work, internships, or placements in hospitality or tourism settings.
* Strong communication and writing skills; a flair for storytelling and visual content is a plus.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media management, and content scheduling platforms.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, taking initiative and being receptive to feedback.
