• Lead a high-performing team of chefs, servers, and bartenders to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure team members are equipped to meet guest expectations
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts and optimize menu costs
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform menu planning and pricing decisions
Requirements:
• Proven track record of leadership success in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
