Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to identify, attract and acquire top talent for our organization. This involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and developing effective strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing recruitment plans to meet business objectives
* Building relationships with potential candidates through networking and social media
* Source and shortlist high-quality candidates for open positions
* Coordinating interview processes and ensuring timely communication with candidates
* Maintaining accurate records of candidate applications and status updates
* Providing regular reports to hiring managers on recruitment progress and trends
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a sales or recruitment role
* Clerical or administrative experience will also be considered
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven
* Able to travel nationwide as required (mileage reimbursement)
