Overview
The Control and Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the PGCS financial reporting team.
They will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely General Ledger close reporting for our PGCS entities.
The role supports periodic close activities, ensures compliance with US GAAP, PepsiCo policies, and SOX controls, and partners with global stakeholders to maintain high-quality financial reporting.
This is a SPC (specified purpose contract) role for up to 18 months.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.
We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands.

Responsibilities
Prepare and support period-end flash files, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to meet close and management deadlines
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of variances in line with internal controls and SOX requirements
Manage confirmation processes (including intercompany and audit confirmations), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely responses
Work closely with internal and external auditors, supporting audit requests, providing documentation, and addressing queries efficiently
Collaborate with stakeholders across Control & Reporting, FP&A, and other finance teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment
Qualifications
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or relevant experience
Solid understanding of General Ledger accounting and financial close processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Good understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment

However please note that the internal job title the successful candidate will be Control & Reporting Sr Coord.
