Role: Operations ManagerDuration: PermanentLocation: Dublin North / Meath (onsite)Industry: EnergyWe are working with an ambitious and fast growing Irish SME business who are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager who is required to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business and support the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence and support expansion.Responsibilities:Manage day to day operations of the business, working with the sales, finance and marketing teams.Directly manage two fast paced operational teams.Manage purchasing, stock control and overall asset management.Ensure efficient and effective workflows across all teams through the use of systems, processes, and performance tracking.Support the growth of the business from a start-up into a larger, multi-sector organisationHelp maximise opportunities arising from the company's extensive customer base and industry connections.Liaise with relevant industry and regulatory bodies as required.Prepare operational budgets and provide clear monthly performance updates to the leadership team.Requirements:Proven experience in a management role within an SME environment.Strong ambition and drive, aligned with the owners' growth objectives.A technical mindset, with the ability to understand and manage operational and installation-based activities.Experience liaising with relevant industry or regulatory bodies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams.Strong financial awareness, including experience producing budgets and management reports.
