Job Opportunity: Warehouse/Engineering Stores Coordinator Location: Near Clonmel and Carrick-on-Suir Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Contract role 12 Months FTC (with possibility of extension/permanency) About Us: Join our client's dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative / Engineering Stores Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Customer Global and local policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Comply with Customer Global and local policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Execute current good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices in daily activities. Complete site training and stay updated with the latest operational procedures. Receive and log all deliveries on Customers ERP system. Inform relevant parties about deliveries and distribute them to designated areas on site. Issue material requests for maintenance work orders and assist in locating materials. Maintain logbooks for various store area activities (key issue, high-value item issues, etc.). Conduct regular cycle counting and provide feedback to the Engineering Stores manager. Ensure Engineering Stores housekeeping and safety meet audit readiness standards. Maintain the weekly count of materials, identifying potential stockouts and slow-moving items. Conduct a monthly stock checks. Process and pack return materials to suppliers. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Site Engineering Stores SOP's. Keep all training requirements up to date and ensure forklift licenses are current. Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a fast-paced Warehouse/Engineering Stores environment. Forklift experience (with valid license a major advantage) Training or experience in the use of manual handling equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable. Desirable Skills: Strong teamwork background. Good knowledge of warehousing systems is advantageous. Ability to work with detailed information in a structured fashion. Excellent communication and numeracy skills. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Understanding of Health & Safety issues. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to multitask.
