Job Role:
The Building Services Engineer will oversee the integration of building services with other construction activities, from planning and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning of services in various commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare facilities.
* Coordinate building services with other construction activities
* Liaise with design teams and coordinate subcontractor operations
* Prepare operational manuals and tender documentation
Essential Skills:
Candidates should possess relevant third-level qualifications and at least three years' experience gained either with a building contractor or in a field with transferable skills.
Experience with relevant IT systems, knowledge of AutoCAD, and ability to work in teams, be organized self-starters with excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
