Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing Marketing Team. This is an
on-site role in our Dublin 6 office
, working closely with senior members of our marketing department. It's an ideal opportunity for a junior/mid-level marketer who wants to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
What You'll Do
* Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Create engaging
copy
for web, email, ads, and social campaigns.
* Assist with
SEO optimisation
, keyword research, and updating web content.
* Help manage and optimise
online advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
* Coordinate
outbound marketing campaigns
, including email sequences and targeted outreach.
* Maintain and update our
CRM
(HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate data and segmentation.
* Assist in tracking campaign performance, reporting results, and proposing improvements.
* Contribute ideas to strengthen the Capaciteam brand and improve engagement.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
* Relevant third-level qualification (Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, etc.).
* Excellent
written and spoken English

* Strong copywriting skills with an eye for clarity and tone.
* Understanding of SEO best practices.
* Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
* Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
* Creative mindset, high attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to Have
* Experience with marketing automation workflows.
* Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
