We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Lead to join our newly established Energy Management Centre (EMC) in Ireland. As part of this team, you will be responsible for managing the effective operation of all energy assets, including Gas Peaking Power Plants and Battery Energy Storage System.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Control Room Operators, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and contractual obligations. This role plays a critical part in minimizing financial exposure related to unplanned outages.
