Job Title: Director of Nursing
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high standards of nursing and social care to meet individual resident needs through the implementation of our Quality of Care System.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in clinical practice at home.
* Maintaining administrative procedures in the absence of the Administrator.
Additionally, the Director of Nursing will oversee knowledge of residents' fee income, funding sources, personal allowances, financial records, and manage the Community Units budget effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Maximising opportunities to maintain a high profile for the Home in the local community.
* Monitoring all complaints, documenting investigations and outcomes.
* Implementing Health and Safety Policy to safeguard staff, residents, and others.
Key Qualifications, Skills & Attributes required:
* Qualified RGN with at least 3 years experience in older person care.
* Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a management capacity in health and social care.
* Registered on the appropriate part of the NMBI live register.
