We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead our mixed portfolio of projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Airport, Defense, High-Rise, Commercial, and Educational facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in pre-construction management, construction operations, and post-construction activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.
* Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Handing warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.
* Supervising and developing direct reports, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and conducting performance assessments.
* Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating on proposals.
Requirements for this position include:
* A degree or diploma in Construction or Engineering Discipline.
* No less than 10 years of experience in Construction / Site Management for a Main Contractor in Ireland/UK.
* Proven track record of delivering projects with values over €60 Million.
* Ability to relocate permanently to Canada within 6-9 months.
