Due to continued expansion we require a Mechanical Package Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle, from pre-construction and planning through to construction, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines
* Ensure the implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
* Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards
* Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan
* Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services
* Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Requirements
* Relevant third-level degree
* 6+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
* Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres)
* Chartered or working towards chartership
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
