Job Description:
* Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating engineer visits, meeting and greeting, and providing concierge services. You will also own the overall support delivery and act as the first point of contact for contract and customer queries.
You will coordinate and plan visits of Agilent engineers to ensure a successful completion of service. This includes performing administrative duties such as quotation requests, purchase orders, balancing costs, logistics management, and service orders.
Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics to ensure maintenance and repair are completed within the timeframe agreed with the customer. You will answer various queries over the phone, email, or directly on site, manage customer assets, and ensure inventories are accurate.
Moreover, you will run various reports and keep information updated in our SAP CRM System. You will schedule inductions and any relevant onsite training for third-party vendors and supervise monthly costs, presenting financial reporting to the customer.
Lastly, you will solve a broad range of problems varying in complexity, involving multi-departments.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Experience: In an administrative, scheduling, logistics, or customer-oriented position.
* Fluency: In English.
* Background/previous experience: Working in a laboratory environment and GMP would be a strong plus.
* Proficiency: In Microsoft Office.
