Clinical Nurse Manager Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services and ensuring that our nursing team is well-equipped to meet the needs of patients.

* Practice Development: The Clinical Nurse Manager will identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland;
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute setting;
* At least 2 years' experience in a specialty or related area;
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills;
* A commitment to continuous professional development;
