This is a part-time opportunity to join our organization as an Accounts Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

* Creditors and Debtors Management

* Email and Phone Query Handling
">
* Preparation of VAT/VIES/PAYE and PRSI Returns

* Filing and Management

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Excellent Timekeeping and Punctuality Skills
">
* Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Financial Standard Practices
">
* Accounting Qualification is a Distinct Advantage
">
* Working Knowledge of Management Accounts, P&L, Journals, and General Ledgers
">
* Proficiency with Sage, BrightPay, and ROS Portal
">
* MS Office Proficiency is a Prerequisite
">
