The primary focus for this role is to generate maximum asset up-time via planned and preventative maintenance.Working Hours: 12:00 am – 07:30 am Monday – Thursday, 7:30 pm – 04:30 am FridayMain Tasks/Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Maintain, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment on various asset types across the site.Apply excellent problem-solving skills to swiftly fault-find and rectify problems.Work independently with OEMs and external contractors on maintenance, repairs, and installations.Promote and lead a proactive and positive safety culture, always adhering to safe working practices.Use CMMS to generate and record all planned, reactive, and project work.Liaise with OEMs and other vendors when diagnosing faults, ordering, or sourcing replacement parts.Provide support and participate in all continuous improvement projects and trials.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with quality requirements, company policy and all statutory requirements.Effective and timely communication with Engineering, Production, and Quality personnel.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits, including annual leave, pension, and a Cycle to Work schemeOngoing training and development opportunities24/7 confidential support for you and your familyFlexible working options and family-friendly policiesGuaranteed interview for candidates meeting essential criteria (Disability Confident Employer)Ready to make an impact?
