Job Description:
Care Assistant
* Support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality person-centred care to meet all care needs of residents.
* Get to know residents' interests and needs, provide attention, support and companionship.
* Promote the mobility of residents, supervise and assist as necessary to ensure optimum mobility is maintained and improved where possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare relevant modules (or equivalent).
2. Excellent communication & listening skills.
