A prestigious financial services organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in their Corporate Services department.
This exciting opportunity is focused on delivering high-quality financial and reporting services to a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and structured finance vehicles.
* Oversee the management of a portfolio of SPVs, ensuring accurate delivery of management accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
* Coordinate all aspects of structured finance note issuance, including liaison with arrangers, legal counsel, trustees, listing agents, and account banks.
* Manage signature packs, board approvals, drawdowns, tap setups, and redemptions.
* Work with International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs) such as Euroclear and Clearstream, and other counterparties.
* Ensure compliance with Value-Added Tax (VAT), corporation tax, and Central Bank deadlines.
* Assist with preparation of board packs and participate in board meetings.
* Manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
* Support internal projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
* Liaise with payroll and ensure timely submission of all related tax returns.
* Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a degree in accounting, finance, or business.
* 2+ years' post-qualified experience in a finance, accounting, or corporate services role.
* Previous experience working with SPVs, structured finance, or note issuance is essential for at least one of the available roles.
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish GAAP / FRS 102 and tax compliance.
* Exposure to systems such as Xero, Sage, or SAP is an advantage.
* Strong technical accounting, reporting, and communication skills.
* Experience dealing with transaction counterparties such as arrangers, trustees, legal counsel, and listing agents.
