The Role
* Driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture across sites and supply chain.
* Supporting project teams with inspections, audits, risk assessments and method statements.
* Delivering toolbox talks, training and guidance on SHE best practice.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
* Liaising with regulators, clients and auditors where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar SHE role in construction.
* Experience in inspections, investigations and delivering training.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK and ROI.
Desirable extras include: IOSH/IIRSM membership, Temporary Works or Scaffolding Inspection knowledge, BREEAM awareness, or Mental Health First Aid.
