Programme Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Programme Manager to provide governance, assurance, and coordination across a complex portfolio of technical programmes.
Responsibilities Establish and continuously improve programme and portfolio management frameworks Ensure consistent application of project and programme management methodologies across all projects Support Programme Managers in producing and maintaining high-quality project artefacts - business cases, PIDs, delivery plans, RAID logs, and benefits realisation plans Quality assure project documentation prior to submission to governance forums Develop and maintain standardised reporting templates including RAG status reporting Consolidate project-level data into clear portfolio-level reports for executive and Board audiences Monitor compliance with internal governance, quality, safety, and audit requirements Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives Support vendor engagement and oversight from a governance perspective Build strong relationships across finance, ICT, safety, compliance, and operations functions Requirements 5+ years' experience in programme, PMO, or portfolio management within a technical or regulated environment Strong knowledge of programme and portfolio management methodologies and tools Proven ability to support multiple Project Managers across complex delivery environments Experience producing executive-level documentation and Board reporting Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and assurance frameworks Professional certification required (Pg MP, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) Third-level qualification in engineering, ICT, business, or project management Nice to have Experience in regulated or safety-critical infrastructure environments Background in capital investment programmes and business case development Familiarity with safety, quality, or regulatory management systems Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
