Clinical Nurse Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at a modern nursing home in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Person In Charge/Unit Manager in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team, delivering direct resident care, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring recognition of residents as individuals, prioritizing their rights, needs, and comfort during care provision.
* Developing relationships with residents to facilitate autonomy, informed choice, and evidence-based decision-making.
* Promoting and maintaining resident safety while respecting their privacy, dignity, and rights.
* Maximizing residents' capacity to exercise personal autonomy and choice.
* Assisting residents to maintain their sense of identity and involving them in decision-making when possible.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or entitlement to registration.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* EU/EEA citizenship.
* Management qualifications (desirable).
* An in-depth knowledge of the ageing process.
* IT skills.

Requirements

* EU/EEA citizenship.
* Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in a similar role.
