We offer:A full-time, permanent contract with CovalenA choice of day shift (9am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidaysA base annual salary of €31,063, with an additional 25% increase for the evening shift from 10pm to 2am, plus a €12 daily taxi allowance, bringing total potential earnings up to €41k25 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and pension contributionsExtensive training and access to CPL's Wellness ProgrammeBike to Work and Tax Saver SchemeFree canteen, food, and snacksYou need:Fluency in English (C1) and another language (C1/C2)A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (required)In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the regionStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skillsYour Role:Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing systemEnforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platformStay updated on clients' products and community standardsUse your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online communityAnalyse data to continuously enhance user experienceSpot trends and escalate critical issues to the global teamIdentify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvementsPlease note, this role may involve reviewing sensitive content, so working from our office in Sandyford - D18 - is essential.
