Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead all aspects of the Sales Office operation and achieve performance levels and sales targets. The successful candidate will manage costs, introduce efficiencies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, coach and develop staff, recognize high performance, and address poor performance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the Sales Office to ensure targets are achieved as per annual business plan.
* Lead and manage performance of Sales Executives, Sales Development Coordinator, and Sales Advisors.
