Job Description
Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR
Good Linux skills (hands‑on commands and scripting) as most applications run on file system
Above average SQL skills – basic queries, joins, sub‑queries, DMLs, DDLs
Monitoring tools knowledge – Splunk, Dynatrace or any other tools
Good to have PROD support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem management)
Java based Application support / API support / Batch support
Good to have release management skills (Deployments, DR activity). Added advantage – Chef for Automation, Kubernetes, Docker, any cloud (10%)
Good and confident communication skills; positive learning attitude
