Hotel Operations Manager Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to oversee hotel operations across multiple properties, driving service excellence and profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing hotel management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing daily operations across multiple hotel properties to ensure consistent delivery of high standards
* Implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Leading and developing hotel management teams to achieve business objectives
* Driving sales and profitability by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing cost control measures
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies
* Collaborating with department heads to maintain high performance in rooms, food & beverage, events, and leisure departments
* Analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for senior management
* Championing a guest-focused culture and ensuring all hotels consistently exceed guest expectations
