Financial Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Financial Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the senior management team by providing timely, accurate and insightful financial information. This includes budgeting, forecasting, weekly and month-end management reporting, cost analysis and serving as a business partner across the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for use by the senior management team and board.
• Analysis of monthly Balance Sheet schedules and preparation of month-end reports.
• Support in the process of weekly accounts and KPIs.
• Timely completion of Year-end audits, preparation of all schedules and liaison with external auditors.
• Cost and efficiency KPI reports to assist management in decision making.
• Variance analysis against budgets and standards.
• Annual budgets and participation in the annual budgeting process.
• Development and review of Capex projects.
Requirements:
Management Accountant, Cost Accountant, Finance Manager or Company Accountant with experience in financial operations management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of accounting software and systems.
