Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and promote a comprehensive business strategy for Ireland aligned with the company's ambitions.
2. Performance Achievement: Achieve or exceed performance targets relating to revenue, order intake values, EBITDA, and cash.
3. Financial Management: Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Capital Expenditure: Manage capital expenditure within agreed levels.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a senior operations/director role in a manufacturing organization.
* Demonstrated success in managing businesses with annual turnover over €50 million.
