We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Cafe Supervisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can take initiative, and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Availability Monday to Friday availability required Flexibility to work events, weekends, and occasional evenings is essential Key Responsibilities Supporting and supervising cafe operations during shifts Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Leading by example and supporting team members Opening and closing the cafe when required Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally Ordering stock and supplies for the cafe.
Managing staff hours, timesheets and assisting with rosters.
Handing cash, operating the till and completing cash-ups.
Taking initiative to ensure smooth service and high standards.
Assisting during events and busier periods About You Aged 18+ Willing to learn and take on responsibility Able to work independently and use your own initiative Reliable, responsible, and well-organised Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers Supervisory or cafe experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate
