Job Overview
The Training Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting department training requirements, maintaining up-to-date training records, and collaborating with functional areas to deliver agreed training programs.
This position is responsible for working closely with training specialists, maintaining training records and data entry, collaborating with functional areas to plan and execute training activities, liaising with external trainers and third-party providers, maintaining site training systems, and ensuring accurate data entry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background or equivalent professional experience, technical competencies in Learning Management Systems, and experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment. They must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
