General Manager | Wealth Management & BrokerageSenior Leadership | Regulated Financial ServicesThe OpportunityOur client, a well-established, well-regarded wealth management firm, is seeking aGeneral Managerto spearhead the operational and strategic evolution of the business.This is a high-impact, executive role with full accountability for scaling a sophisticated financial services company, driving commercial performance, while safeguarding consistently high-quality client experience and long-term outcomes.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the SLT working closely with other business unit Heads to translate ambitious business goals into operational reality, ensuring the firm delivers elite, compliant, and values-driven wealth solutions in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.The JobStrategy & CommercialDefine and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for the Wealth Management and Brokerage divisions (retail life insurance and mortgage lending).Drive commercial performance by optimising revenue streams, managing departmental budgets, and identifying untapped market opportunities.Develop scalable service models that maintain high-touch client outcomes during periods of aggressive growth.Organisational Leadership & Talent OversightProvide leadership to an experienced multidisciplinary management team, fostering a culture of rigorous accountability and professional development.Oversee resource planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the firm is equipped to meet future advisory demands.Act as a primary "culture carrier," championing an inclusive, high-trust environment that attracts and retains top-tier industry talent.Operational ExcellenceOptimise the firm's operational infrastructure, including CRM integration, back-office workflows, and financial planning technology stacks.Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and HR to eliminate silos and enhance the client journey.Drive data-driven decision-making by implementing robust KPI frameworks and performance reportingCollaborate with the Compliance function to embed a "compliant-by-design" philosophy across all broking and financial planning activities.The Person:Extensive senior leadership experience within a regulated wealth management, or life pensions and investment brokerage.Demonstrated ability to build, lead and empower high-performing teams, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation and ongoing improvement.Deep technical understanding of the wealth management landscape, including investment platforms, tax planning, and brokerage operations.A track record of enhancing systems and processes to improve scalability, reduce operational risk, staying.Industry-standard financial planning or investment management qualifications such as CFP, QFA, Chartered Status, or equivalent would be preferred.The OfferExcellent €6-figure salary with performance-linked bonus structure.Modern Dublin City Centre Offices, with a strong hybrid working model designed for executive autonomy.Comprehensive executive package including enhanced pension contributions, private medical insurance, income protection, significant death-in-service benefits, and generous annual leave.
