What You'll Do
As our Assistant Manager, you will:
* Support the Store Manager with daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
* Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and high-quality products.
* Train new staff and reinforce company standards.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and problem-solving with professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
* Step in to manage shifts independently when needed.
* Contribute to hitting performance targets, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
* Strong communication and people-management skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A hands-on, team-first mindset.
* Basic understanding of scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
