On behalf of our client in Dublin, we are hiring a Communications Manager to join their team on a 7 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications
Develop executive briefs, weekly and monthly business reviews, and operational performance updates
Ensure stakeholders across functions and regions have clear visibility into global operations performance and priorities
External Communications
Prepare business updates, audit and compliance guidelines, newsletters, and other key materials for third-party BPO vendors
Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards
Executive Synthesis & Business Writing
Translate complex operational information into concise, high-impact messaging
Support executive decision-making through structured analysis and clear narrative development
Governance
Meeting Planning & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule governance meetings with executive-level attendees across multiple regions and time zones
Materials Preparation & Collation
Gather inputs, synthesize content, and prepare executive-ready materials
Meeting Administration
Drive structured agendas, document key decisions, and track action items to ensure accountability and follow-through
Goal & Priority Tracking
Reporting Process Management
Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track progress against goals and priorities
Support data collection, analysis, and insights generation
Consolidated Executive Updates
Produce monthly and quarterly progress updates
Consolidate information from multiple sources into clear, concise executive-level summaries

Qualifications:
6–7+ years of experience in PR, technology, consulting, or similar environments, with a strong focus on executive communications
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
Experience working across diverse stakeholders in multiple geographic regions and time zones
Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal communication skills
Project or Program Management experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
