Role Summary


As a Sustainability Initiative Leader, you will oversee the implementation and refinement of our flagship programme, collaborating with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.



Responsibilities


* Develop and execute sustainability initiatives that align with our organisation's goals
* Establish strong relationships with internal and external partners to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Evaluate programme effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be a self-starter, and exhibit strong organisational abilities. They should also demonstrate a deep understanding of sustainable practices and their application in real-world settings.



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:


* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or business administration
* Proven experience in programme management, team leadership, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
