Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy for natural and built assets, with 36,000+ professionals across 70+ countries. In Ireland, Arcadis DPS Group (ADPS) delivers Project Management, Multi‑Discipline Design and Construction Management for Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences facilities across Ireland and Europe.
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Scheduling Lead to strengthen our ADPS (Arcadis legacy DPS) Project Controls capability across Life Sciences capital programmes. A senior practitioner and trusted advisor, you will lead the development, assurance and governance of full life‑cycle schedules for complex Life Sciences projects, operating effectively in both client‑side (Owner) and EPCM environments. You will improve schedule certainty and delivery efficiency, supporting projects from feasibility and business case through design, execution, CQV and close‑out within regulated facilities.
You will create and assure robust, defensible schedules that inform investment decisions and underpin control through design, construction and handover. This role suits someone who brings schedule rigour, strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge and influence outcomes in both environments.

Establish and maintain reliable baselines for schedule control through detailed engineering, construction and handover.
Deliver peer reviews and quality checks to maintain compliance with company standards.
Client Side (Owner) Schedule Assurance
Act as a trusted advisor, reviewing and challenging third‑party schedules to improve transparency, accuracy and certainty (scope completeness, assumptions, exclusions and risk).
EPCM Delivery Integration

Mentor schedulers and support training to build capability across the team.
Experience & Skills
Strong Life Sciences scheduling experience, able to build schedules from drawings, models, sketches and limited early‑phase information.
Demonstrable experience in both client‑side (Owner) assurance/governance and EPCM integrated delivery.
Technical competence across CSA, M&E, Process, Automation and Controls to prepare and review detailed schedules.
Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft tools capability; comfortable with templates, narratives, benchmarking and data management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; able to manage priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline with relevant experience.
Professional accreditation (or progress toward) is advantageous.
Experience working in other European countries is an advantage.
