The mission
I am assembling a focused venture studio around a few near-term, high-signal projects. You will be my technical counterpart to scope, build, and iterate quickly with customer feedback.
Near-term build list
* AI Readiness and Enablement tools
for orgs that want productivity gains without the chaos. Think light workflow apps, prompts, policy kits, and reporting dashboards that teams will actually use.
* Ecommerce and operations integrations
that Irish and EU SMEs need. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Odoo connectors. Practical automations that save time and make money.
* Live shopping enablement
for TikTok Shop and streams. Simple order capture, label generation, and hand-off to fulfillment.
* Selective nearshoring plays
where we pair EU client needs with high quality delivery in cost-efficient markets.
You do not need to be expert in every area. You do need to be strong in a few and able to learn the rest.
What you will own
* Translate opportunity into a scoped MVP with clear must-haves.
* Decide the stack, stand up repos, CI, and cloud.
* Ship v1 in weeks, not months, and instrument usage from day one.
* Build clean integrations with common tools. Shopify, GA4, Slack, Google Workspace, Odoo, Meta, TikTok.
* Experiment with LLMs where they are the best tool. Retrieval, function calling, evals, prompt safety, and cost control.
* Partner on customer discovery, pricing tests, and go-to-market.
* Recruit and manage contractors as we grow.
What good looks like in 90 days
* Two tiny but lovable products live with real users.
* Clear metrics dashboard for adoption, retention, and feedback.
* A reusable scaffolding so we can ship the next MVP in half the time.
* At least one paying pilot or signed LOI.
You are great at
* Rapid prototyping in JS/TS or Python. Bonus for and Node.
* Shipping on a major cloud. AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Data modeling and clean API design.
* Practical AI. OpenAI or Anthropic, embeddings, vector stores, RAG, evals, guardrails, and cost tracking.
* Ecommerce and ERP plumbing. Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Odoo.
* Secure auth, role based access, and GDPR aware data choices.
* Explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.
Nice to have
* Experience with analytics stacks. PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel.
* Social or live shopping APIs. TikTok, Meta.
* Automation tools. Make, n8n, Zapier.
* Basic data viz.
* Comfort with customer demos and light sales engineering.
