Vickerstock are working with a leading civil engineering contractor to recruit Graduate and Junior Engineers across the South West of Ireland Location: Cork, Kerry, Limerick and surrounding areas Role: Graduate Civil Engineer Sector: Water & Waste water Your new role As a Graduate Engineer you will work across and receive high-class training and education across the below areas: Site Supervision - including the supervision of subcontractors Quality - including quality checks, inspections, documentation and processes Project Management - taking part in progress meetings, project management documentation, ensuring projects are on time, on schedule and on budget Construction Software & Processes - using software including but not limited to AutoCAD, Procore, Aconex, TotalStation & more You will: Visit sites across the South West of Ireland Supervise subcontractors Review works on site and report back to management Perform quality checks Ensure regular documentation is completed Work on upgrades and maintenance to Water and Waste water plants and infrastructure What you'll need to be successful At least 1 year of experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field (your placement year counts) Willingness to learn new areas of construction and grow your career A full Irish or UK Driving Licence The right to work in Ireland The ability to travel between sites in the South West of Ireland What's in it for you?
