Job Title: Continuous Improvement Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Strategist to lead our efforts in enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and staff empowerment. The ideal candidate will champion a robust culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in process optimization, strategic implementation, and training across diverse industries, specifically leveraging experience in healthcare and transactional environments.
This role requires:
* A highly accomplished Black Belt certification at NFQ Level 9.
* Minimum 5 years experience leading a continuous improvement department or operating a dedicated CI consulting business.
* Direct, demonstrable experience in implementing Lean in Healthcare or the disability/social care services sector.
* Deep expertise in Lean methodology (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events) and the Six Sigma DMAIC framework.
