Social Care Manager - Limerick/ Tipperary - Mainstream sector - €55,000 - €65,000 DOE FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Manager to join a Children's Residential service based in the Limerick/ Tipperary location.
This service aims to provide a caring, safe environment for young people by providing the intervention necessary to address the issues that are preventing them from living at home, foster care or other community-based services.

In your new role you will: Manage client care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence - based approach to ensure clinical efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and care practices in line with HIQA Standards, Children First Act ****, and relevant legislation.
Lead in the evaluation, implementation and monitoring of Health and Safety legislation within the service.
Actively promote the participation of the residents in the planning of the centre.
Manage the staff team efficiently, address staff developmental needs and monitor performance of staff and provide feedback to staff at regular intervals.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with data protection requirements.
To be a successful candidate you will have: A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care and CORU registration.
A recognised Managerial Qualification in Health or Social Care.
A minimum 3 years' experience working in children's residential care, including management or supervisory experience.
