Global Payroll Transformation Leader
We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead the transformation of our global payroll operations with a strong focus on SAP Success Factors integration and end-to-end payroll modernization.
This role is critical in aligning payroll strategy with our core HCM system (Success Factors) to deliver a unified, compliant, and scalable global payroll operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leverage SAP Success Factors & Employee Central as foundational platforms to drive the global payroll transformation roadmap.
2. Align payroll processes and infrastructure with corporate goals, ensuring global standardization while supporting local compliance.
3. Define and implement best practices around automation, workflow efficiency, and payroll-HCM data integrity.
The Global Payroll Operations Manager will be responsible for driving process improvements across multiple regions. The individual must have experience working collaboratively across functions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills. They should also be familiar with change management principles.
The goal of this project is to improve pay cycle accuracy by implementing an automated reconciliations solution.The employee will work closely with stakeholders from finance time-hr procurement accounting IT legal tax human resources office management services supply chain risk customer service vendor privacy /data protection including leaders subject matter experts other relevant parties, leading cross-functional projects such as M&A integration international expansions regulatory changes etc
